scope:
PURPOSE
To identify responsibilities and establish uniform operating procedures for the management of propellants and pressurants used by programs at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), other Government agencies, and respective contractors. Propellants and pressurants used by MSFC programs and projects (including contractor usage) shall be furnished by the supplier identified in the Agencywide contract, except in cases where small quantities and/or other extenuating circumstances justify individual commercial procurement.
APPLICABILITY
This Directive is applicable to all organizational elements of MSFC (and MSFC contractors) that utilize propellants and pressurants.
