This specification covers diesel and gasoline engine driven four-wheel, two-rear-wheel drive, and four-wheel, four-wheel drive, potable water tank trucks with a 1000 gallon capacity, having a minimum GVW of 19 000 pounds for normal operating conditions; and diesel engine driven, six-wheel, four-wheel-drive, 2200 gallon capacity potable water tank trucks, having a minimum GVW of 34 500 pounds for normal operating conditions. Vehicles procured under this specification are commercial items which are warranted by the manufacturer as specified in acquisition documents.
