This standard specifies methods for calculation of the thermal and fluid dynamic characteristics of chimneys serving one appliance. The methods in this Part of this European are applicable to negative or positive pressure with wet or dry conditions. It is valid for chimneys with heating appliances for fuels subject to the knowledge of the flue gas characteristics which are needed for the calculation.
