scope:
This section governs school transportation services for all DoD dependent students attending schools located in the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the possessions of the United States, including the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands and Midway Island as defined in paragraph 1-1.d. It also applies to the other children eligible to attend schools operated by the Department of Defense in Puerto Rico.
