This Part of this European Prestandard describes test methods for the determination of the overall migration from plastics intended to come into contact with a fatty foodstuff, by total immersion in a 14C-labelled mixture of synthetic triglycerides for 10 days, 24 h or 2 h at 40 C or for 2 h at 70 C. The test methods described are applicable to all plastics.
