This document establishes the requirement for an Instrumentation Program and Command List (IPCL) document for each mission which provides NASA with the definition and methods of control and accounting for the configuration of the Data Management System (DMS) measurements, commands, interfacing system componeiits, and software derived parameters. This document also establishes the content, format, and maintenance requirements for the IPCL. This is an MSFC standard used for all programs and may require some tailoring to fit each individual program.
