This Part of the Standard specifies the requirements necessary for the Qualification Approval of Terminal Blocks Taper Socket and Terminals Taper Pin Electrical for Ministry of Defence use. It is to be used in conjunction with Def Stan 59-40 (Part 1) Generic and appropriate Defence Standard Detail Specifications.
It is primarily for components for use in Service equipment, but other users are invited to adopt it if. they so desire.
