Foreword
This amendment to ETS 300 280 (1994) was produced by the Terminal Equipment (TE) Technical Committee of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).
The published version of ETS 300 280 (February 1994) uses, for the scanning tests of the Group 4 facsimile terminals, test charts from ITU-T Recommendation T.21 which have been deleted and replaced by test charts from ITU-T Recommendation T.22. This amendment to ETS 300 280, provides the modifications necessary to take this into account.
