PURPOSE The Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) resources management process provides the requirements, roles, and responsibilities for the management of Center resources in support of programs and projects at MSFC. This process governs the planning, implementation, evaluation, and control of MSFC resources consistent with established Center and Agency policies and procedures. APPLICABILITY The process applies to the following Center resources: • Workforce • Civil service workforce • Support contractor workforce • On-site contractor workforce (including on-site prime contractors) • Program funding • Institutional funding • Travel funding
