This order describes the flight inspection evaluation process, sets standards and requirements, and establishes performance criteria for evaluating flight inspection crewmembers during conduct of flight inspection mission operations. Analysis of crew performance will be the basis for identifying program and support activity shortfalls, adequacy of applicable publications and directives, and defining training needs.
