This specification covers the detail requirements for a monolithic N-channel, silicon gate, parallel input/output controller. One product assurance class and a choice of lead finishes are provided, and are reflected in the complete part number.
The complete part number shall be in accordance with MIL-M-38510, with the exception that the "JAN" or "J" certification shall not be used.
The device type shall be as follows:
