scope:

- This specification sets forth the technical requirements for design, fabrication, and installation of a transportable Air Traffic Control Radar Beacon System (ATCRBS) Building. This specification along with its companion specification, FAA-E-2629, ATCRBS Facility, Establishment and Acceptance, set forth the requirements for a full turnkey installation (excluding the beacon antenna system) which includes: procurement of the ATCRBS equipment shelter, complete factory installation and check out of the ATCRBS equipment, on site delivery, installation, check out and a demonstration of operational readiness of the entire system.
