scope:
Purpose. This regulation sets forth the policies and procedures for the selection, qualification, rating, and revocation of rating of Army divers.
Applicability. This regulation applies to all members of the Active Army, the Army National Guard of the United States, and the U.S. Army Reserve engaged in Army diving. The policies and procedures of this regulation remain in effect during war or mobilization.
