This document records the findings of the review and validation process that took place in the CEN/ISSS ICT-Skills Workshop. It has been produced following an extensive period of consultation and review lasting from April to November 2003. · Section 2 "Conclusions and Agreements" contains the formal agreement of this Workshop. · Section 3 "Recommended Parallel Activities" describes other activities recommended by the CEN Workshop which, whilst not pre-requisites to the conclusions and agreements in Section 2, are seen as important and which should be undertaken to help address the issues of ICT skills in Europe and their portability throughout the Union. · Section 4 "Detailed Findings and Comments" describes the key issues raised during the Workshop and shows how they have been addressed. · Annex A contains a new profile. · Annex B contains revised profiles.
