This specificatîon is in accordance with K1007, Issue 3 except where otherwise specified and covers the detail requirements for:-
DTL circuit having TWO POSITIVE NAND GATES with FOUR INPUTS, ONE EXTENDER INPUT and ONE OUTPUT per gate.
The circuit is in a Ceramic FLAT-PACK encapsulation and is designed to operate over the positive supply voltage range 4.5V to 5.5V and over the ambient temperature range -55ºC to +125ºC.
