scope:
The AN/ALE-39 dispensing set covered by this specification shall provide the capability of dispensing multiple ECM decoys from Naval aircraft. The AN/ALE-39 shall provide the flexibility to selectively dispense three types of payloads: chaff, flares, and jammers.
The AN/ALE-39 covered by this specification shall consist of the following items:
