This drawing describes the requirements for monolithic silicon, low-power Schottky TTL, counter microcircuits. This drawing provides a level of microcircuit quality and reliability assurance for acquisition of microcircuits in accordance with MIL-M-38510.
The complete part number shall be as shown in the following example:
The device type shall identify the circuit function as follows:
Device type Generic number Circuit 01 54LS197 50/30-MHz presettable decade or binary counter
The case outline shall be as designated in appendix C of MIL-M-38510, and as follows:
