This specification establishes the requirements for the procurement of one type of expeditionary airfield weapons ready service shelter. The shelter is constructed of folding arches and purlings covered with a polyester coated canvas. An electrical system for lighting and power outlets is included.
intended Use:
The shelter was designed for use by Marine Corps aviation units to assemble, checkout and store air launched weapons at expeditionary airfields.
