This instruction governs and provides the procedures for preparing enlisted performance reports for active duty and Drilling Reserve enlisted personnel serving on active duty. EVALs or FITREPs for Reservists on annual training or active duty for training at COMNAVRESFORCOM will be completed per references (a) and (b). The reporting senior for E7-E9 personnel will be the COMNAVRESFORCOM (N00). Delegation of reports for E1-E6 personnel is per enclosure (1) of this instruction.
Purpose. To issue guidance, policy, and delegated reporting senior authority for preparing and submitting EVALS and FITREPs, for enlisted members assigned to COMNAVRESFORCOM.
