This drawing describes the detail requirements for a power switching regulator semiconductor device assembly.
The complete part number shall be as shown below:
Drawing Device number type 90025 -01TX -02TX -03TX -04TX -05TX -06TX
For devices requiring pre-cap visual inspection, add a V to the end of the device type number.
The device type number shall identify the output polarity, voltage, and current rating of the devices as follows:
Device type Description Figure number 90025-01 15 amperes, 60 volts, positive 1 (similar to TO-66) 90025-02 15 amperes, 80 volts, positive 1 (similar to TO-66) 90025-03 15 amperes, 100 volts, positive 1 (similar to TO-66) 90025-04 15 amperes, 60 volts, negative 1 (similar to TO-66) 90025-05 15 amperes, 80 volts, negative 1 (similar to TO-66) 90025-06 15 amperes, 100 volts, negative 1 (similar to TO-66)
TC = +25°C (unless otherwise noted).
