This Standard relates to a two-pack stopper suitable for knife application to metal. When it has hardened, the stopper shall be capable of being rubbed down· and of accepting a coat of either air-drying or stoving paint.
After the two components have been mixed the stopper has a very limited life and not more than is· required for immediate use should be prepared. Great care must be taken to avoid the mutual contamination of the components remaining in the original containers.
