The installation kit covered by this specification is composed of a metal tube adapter, polyethylene boot, polyethylene retainer ring, ring clamp, anode contact, anode clamp and various screws, nuts, and washers. The kit is to be used for the FAA National Airspace System (NAS) Computer Display Channel (CDC) Type FA-7912 Plan View Display (PVD) to accommodate a metal cone 22-inch cathode ray tube, in accordance with specification FAA-E-2597.
