Purpose.
To establish policy and procedures for the use of the Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program (AFHPSP) under references (a) and (b).
Applicability.
This instruction applies to:
a. All civilian applicants.
b. Current participants in AFHPSP.
c. Active and Reserve officers or enlisted personnel from the U.S. Armed Forces.
