scope:
The code specifies the requirements for two grades of water for laboratory use and for water with special purity requirements The aim is to assure a safe design and execution of water treatment plants, complete with installations for distribution of the treated water. As far as possible the code is based on functional requirements. In order to facilitate the use of the code the requirements have been supplemented with instructions in which examples of compliance with the code.
