This specification covers a skid-mounted, self-contained, gasturbine-engine-driven utility power plant which may be operated with a chemical-biological-radiological (CBR) collective protector. This utility power plant shall provide electrical power, air conditioning, heating, water, compressed air, and vacuum requirements for certain increments of the Army Surgeon General's Medical Unit, Self Contained, Transportable (MUST) hospital system. The specification also covers a winterization kit which, when installed, extends the low temperature operating range of the utility power plant from minus 25° F to minus 65° F.
