This specification relates to Capacitors, Fixed, Ceramic Dielectric, of normal permittivity, with specified capacitance temperature coefficients between +100 and -1500 parts per million per degree centigrade. Where this temperature coefficient is not important, consideration should be given to the use of general purpose types. The specification is primarily intended for components for use in Service equipment, but other users are invited to adopt it if they so desire.
