Purpose. To advise addressees of classification change of ex-YON 291 as YON 291 and ex-YON 90 as YON 90 in the Naval Vessel Register. YON 291 is in the active use as a fueling barge by COMNAVMARIANAS, servicing the Fleet with an average of 1 million gallons of fuel per month.
