Appendix 1, Airway Facilities Managerial Selection Process (AFMSP) Flowchart, depicts the managerial selection process. The AFMSP applies to the following covered AF positions:
a. Manager/Assistant Manager, Systems Management Office (SMO), FV-K.
b. Branch/Assistant Branch Manager, Regional AF Division, FV-K.
c. Manager/Assistant Manager, Implementation Center (IC), FV-K.
d. Manager/Assistant Manager, AOS Field Divisions, FV-K.
e. Manager, Operations Control Center (OCC), FV-K.
PURPOSE. This order sets forth the selection procedures that apply to the Airway Facilities (AF) managerial positions.
