This list has been prepared for use by or for the Government in the acquisition of products covered by Specification MIL-R-39023. Listing of a product is not intended to and does not connote indorsement of the product by the Department of Defense. All products listed herein have been qualified under the requirements for the product as specified in the latest effective issue of the applicable specification. This list is subject to change without notice; revision or amendment of this list will be issued as necessary. The listing of a product does not release the supplier from compliance with the specification requirements.

THE ACTIVITY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS QPL IS THE U.S. ARMY RESEARCH LABORATORY. The activity designated as agent for all contacts relative to this QPL is the Defense Electronics Supply Center (DESC-ELS), Dayton, OH 45444-5764.

* Procurement of Category II resistors shall be confined to sources of the corresponding Category I resistor. Also, only manufacturers having their resistors annotated with an asterisk (*) have complied with the quality assurance program requirements, Appendix B of MIL-R-39023, and are eligible to supply similar Category II resistors within the limitations specified under Government Designation and paragraph 4.4.4 of MIL-R-39023 (see paragraphs 3.2.1 and 3.2.2 of MIL-R-39023 for definitions of Category I and II resistors.)
