This Standard specifies the requirements for fuse holders, block type and extractor post type, for use in circuits of voltage rating up to 660 V ac rms, having sinusoidal wave form and with 250 V dc with current ratings as specified herein.
Items specified in Section A of this Standard are physically and electrically to BS 88: Part 2: 1975 having their environmental performance specified herein. These items are not suitable for aerospace applications.
