This specification covers requirements for officer's service coats, with belt.

The coats will be of one type in the following sizes, as specified (see 6.2): Beneficial comments (recommendations, additions, deletions) and any pertinent data which may be of use in improving this document should be addressed to the Commander (PSE-D), Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, VA 22134-5010 by using the Standardization Document Improvement Proposal (DD Form 1426) appearing at the end of this document or by letter.

When costs are custom tailored to an individual order, this specification will govern, except the detail requirements of Section 3, Table I, may be modified to the extend necessary for good custom tailoring practice.
