scope:
This Standard relates to stoving aluminium paint with flame resisting properties. The paint is suitable for application by brushing and by spraying, and is required to protect metal work against corrosion. The paint is to be . used only when flame resistance of the paint is important (eg on the interiors of vehicles). The temperature of' stoving should not exceed 130°c.
Note: The paint is normally applied as a two-coat syptem
