This specification defines the requirements for the system elements and functions needed to implement the automatic dependent surveillance (ADS) function, consistent with ICAO activity leading to SARPS, as an enhancement to the baseline Oceanic Display And Planning System (ODAPS). The ODAPS procured under Contract DTFA01-85-Y-01002 will be provided as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). The contractor shall be responsible for the hardware and software changes to ODAPS needed to provide the capabilities to accept, process and display ADS position reports.
