scope:
Purpose. The purpose of this notice is to establish a policy for implementation of the Naval Sea Systems Command Headquarters (NAVSEA HQ) and affiliated Program Executive Offices (PEO) Telework Program. Reference (a) requires each executive agency to establish a policy under which eligible employees of the agency may participate in teleworking to the maximum extent possible, without diminished employee performance. Reference (b) issued DoD Policy on telework for all DoD civilian employees.
