This part of the CWA provides a drawing up of some industry-shared "Best Practice Rules" related to the EU-WEBBcom pilot project experience, with the scope to establish a "Code of Conduct" in the business electronic commerce arena for the European sanitaryware and heating industry, consistent with the recommendations included within the EC provisions in force at the time this CWA is published. These "Best Practice Rules" provide the background for the subsequent development of a specific Industry-accepted "Code of Conduct" and a futher legal harmonisation at Community level. In particular this part of the WS-SAN CWA povides the European Sanitaryware and Heating Industry with some Industry-shared "Best Practice Rules" in order to ensure:
