These are the tecnical characteristics and methods of measurement for mobile stations, for the Pan European Digital Mobile Radio System standardised by ETSI Technical Committee GSM. A GSM Mobile Station shall comply with these access specifications before a certificate of conformity can be issued. Type approval to a GSM Mobile Station can be granted only if it complies with the tests in this specification.
