QUALIFICATIONS VALIDATED ANNUALLY

This list has been prepared for use by or for the Government in the acquisition of products covered by Specification MIL-D-83532. Listing of a product is not intended to and does not connote endorsement of the product by the Department of Defense. All products listed herein have been qualified under the requirements for the product as specified in the latest effective issue of the applicable specification. This list is subject to change without notice; revision or amendment of this list will be issued as necessary. The listing of a product does not release the supplier from compliance with the specification requirements.

THE ACTIVITY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS QPL IS THE DEFENSE SUPPLY CENTER COLUMBUS (DSCC-VQ), COLUMBUS, OH 43216-5000.

The military part number shall consist of the letter "M", basic and specification sheets, a letter representing case style, an assigned dash number, and a suffix representing product assurance level. The part number contains no dashes. Example:

NOTE: Product assurance level A requires those procedures specified in MIL-STD-790. Levels B and S require certification and qualification to MIL-STD-1772 and a quality assurance program in accordance with Appendix A of MIL-M-38510. Level B has a hermetically sealed case certified to MIL-STD-1772 and screening to level B, Method 5008 of MIL-STD-883. Level S has class S requirements of Method 5008 of MIL-STD-883. The product assurance levels are in accordance with paragraph 3.3 of MIL-D-83532.
