scope:
This regulation prescribes the mission and functions of the U.S. Army Nuclear and Chemical Agency (USANCA). It sets forth the responsibilities of the Director, USANCA, and explains the staff relationships with the Army and other Government agencies.
Applicability. This regulation applies to the Active Army, the Army National Guard, the Army National Guard of the United States and the U.S. Army Reserve). During mobilization or national emergency, this regulation remains in effect without change.
