scope:
Purpose. To promulgate procedures for the disposition and review of PTC of military personnel confined at the NASP NAVBRIG/CCU, and to provide guidance regarding the confinement of members in anticipation of proceedings concerning the vacation of a suspended court-martial sentence involving confinement.
