This part of the DECT Common Interface specifies the technical requirements for DECT fixed and portable apparatus when used for the public access service. This profile may be used for other applications.
Apparatus for which DECT public access service compliance is claimed shall comply with all the technical requirements of this clause identified as provision mandatory. Individual process mandatory requirements must be satisfied on any apparatus claiming provision of particular facilities additional to those identified as provision mandatory requirements.
