This docment defines the functional requirements for the different components of the FINREAD card reader: - it gives an overall description of the FINREAD card reader architecture and components ; - it describes in detail the different FINREAD card reader operating modes ; - it specifies the characteristics and functional requirements of the main components of the FINREAD card reader : the ICC interface, the user equipment interface, the user interface, FINREAD card raeder applications and finally the security module ensuring the FINREAD card reader authentication function ;
