The new commercial aircraft towing tractor, herein after call tow tractor must be capable of towing military aircraft up to 850,000 pounds on dry level concrete. The tow tractors will have a minimum weight of 100,000 pounds with a minimum drawbar pull of 72,000 pounds. The primary intended use of this tow tractor is to tow C-5 military aircraft on US Air Force installations.
