The present document specifies the stage three of: Signalling protocol for establishing, maintaining and clearing switched virtual path capability for the Broadband-Integrated Services Digital Network (B-ISDN) at the T B reference point or coincident S B and T B reference point (as defined in CCITT Recommendation I.413 [33]) by means of the Digital Subscriber Signalling System No. two (DSS2) protocol. Stage three identifies the protocol procedures and switching functions needed to support a telecommunications service (see CCITT Recommendation I.130 [32]).
