This specification covers a 28 volt (V) direct current (dc), blower-cooled generator with rated output of 300 amperes (A) (see 6.1).

The generators are classified based on differences in their configurations as follows:

Configuration A - Generator with mechanically driven blower. Configuration B - Generator with built in electrically driven blower. Configuration C - Generator with mounted electrically driven blower. Configuration D - Generator - Air intake Assembly.
