PURPOSE
The purpose of this Goddard Procedural Requirements (GPR) is to establish responsibilities, procedures and guidelines for creating, processing, and maintaining Goddard directives and forms to implement the provisions of the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Quality Manual.
