The aim of this agreement is to specify the significant data and telegraph signalling conditions for binary operation, for binary to quarternary conversion, for quarternary amplitude modulation and for four frequency diplex systems. In establishing these conditions, dc, tone and radio systems sensitive to polarity, amplitude or frequency will be considered.
