This Purchase Description (PD) sets forth the requirements for the Integrated Communications Switching System (ICSS) Phase 1B.
The ICSS Phase 1B shall provide voiceband switching and related communications capabilities to Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Terminal Radar Control (TRACON), and RAPCON personnel, including access to Ground-to-Ground (G/G) communication facilities and Air-to-Ground (A/G) communication facilities.
The ICSS shall interface to G/G interphone (IP) circuits and A/G radio circuits.
