scope:
PURPOSE. To define policy and approval procedures for excavation and boring within the perimeter of JSC controlled land areas both on site and at Ellington Field.
APPLICABILITY. This directive applies to all organizations and entities, inclusive of off-site commercial firms with on-site easements, that have requirements to drill, bore, or excavate in land areas physically controlled by JSC.
