scope:
PURPOSE. This Marshall Procedural Requirements (MPR) document establishes the responsibilities and procedures for identifying employees required to submit a new entrant or an annual Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, and for the submission and processing of those forms.
APPLICABILITY. This MPR applies to all Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) organizational elements.
