This specification covers the detail requirements for a monolithic silicon, CMOS, timing control unit (TCU) microcircuit. One product assurance class is provided and is reflected in the complete Part or Identifying Number (PIN) (see 6.7).
The device type shall be as follows:

The device class shall be the product assurance level as defined in MIL-M-38510.
The case outline shall be designated as follows:
